- Be sure to note this is for Neutrino workshop. We get special rate there, other places are possible but no special rate and further away.
- We have reserved 4 rooms in the main Physics building for the workshop. Main room is good for our entire group with working space for all. Other rooms have large table (room for 10 laptops) and about 20 chairs. All have projectors and screens.
- Guest internet will be available
- We will provide some breakfast food, most lunches and 1 dinner
- Format last worked out well. We will meet together at beginning of each day in main room for updates from each group including reports on studies. Then, break into groups for the real work. Groups could be by subject or by task. We will get together again at end of day to summarize progress/questions.
